The management of ReSight I.K.E. is committed to:

  • providing engineering consulting services in a scientifically sound manner
  • meeting customer requirements, take the necessary measures to increase customer satisfaction, and strictly comply with the legal and regulatory framework governing the company’s activities
  • ensuring the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
  • developing expertise in new areas in order to be able to provide high-level services to customers,
  • monitoring and, where necessary, correcting the company’s course by establishing and systematically monitoring measurable objectives/indicators,
  • amending this Policy whenever necessary to ensure its continued adequacy and suitability for the company’s purposes,
  • providing staff with the necessary training and a suitable working environment for the successful performance of their duties,
  • securing the necessary resources for the smooth operation of the company.

 

The company’s objectives can be summarized as follows:

  • compliance with contractual obligations and the relevant legal framework,
  • expansion of production into new areas and continuous specialization,
  • continuous improvement of the company’s financial performance,
  • development of mutually beneficial cooperative relationships with suppliers and subcontractors in order to satisfy customer needs,

ANTI-BRIBERY POLICY

Resight has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bribery, whether it involves employees, third-party partners, customers, or public officials. Our goal is to continuously monitor, train our staff, and adopt control procedures so that our commitment is put into practice in the day-to-day operations of the company.

The management of ReSight I.K.E. is committed to:

  • Ensuring transparency in all business transactions to avoid any form of bribery or third-party influence.
  • Maintaining the integrity of all deliverables and services, without omissions or alterations that could be considered beneficial to third parties.
  • Protecting all employees who report suspicious activities (whistleblowers) from any retaliation.
  • Monitoring the company’s compliance with anti-bribery legislation and the requirements of ISO 37001.
  • Establishing an Anti-Bribery Team, which operates independently of Management but reports to it for oversight and decision-making.
  • Encouraging employees and third-party partners to raise concerns, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Implementing an appropriate framework for preventing, detecting, and addressing incidents of bribery.
  • Establishing clear, measurable, realistic, and time-bound objectives for the prevention, control, and response to bribery, monitors their progress regularly, and takes all necessary measures to achieve them.
  • Providing the appropriate resources for the adoption and operation of the Anti-Bribery System.
  • Ensuring the continuous improvement of the system.
  • Monitoring and assessing bribery risks in all company activities.

ENERGY POLICY

ReSight is deeply committed to reducing energy consumption and minimizing the carbon footprint of our operations. Our goal is to continuously improve our energy performance and promote the principle of sustainability in all our activities.

We support this commitment by providing energy-efficient services and by developing, implementing, and continuously supporting an energy management system. We are committed to:

  • Continuously striving to reduce our energy consumption and increase our energy performance.
  • Continuously striving to identify and manage our energy-intensive practices through continuous review of our activities.
  • Establishing energy goals and objectives and ensuring the availability of information and resources to achieve them. These established goals and objectives are continuously reviewed and redefined in accordance with ReSight’s energy performance and needs.
  • Uncompromising compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, or other requirements to which ReSight subscribes, relating to its own energy use, consumption, and efficiency.
  • The selection of our partners and suppliers through the prism of promoting our energy goals and enhancing our energy efficiency.
  • Energy planning in the event of modification of existing or new equipment/infrastructure related to energy consumption.
  • Provision of all necessary resources for the implementation of this Policy

Senior Management has overall responsibility for this policy, while specific members of the Energy Management Team and every employee are responsible for its implementation and promotion.

ReSight will always support the active participation and initiative of its employees to the extent of their involvement in the established Energy Management System. Every employee is aware of the impact of their participation on the organization’s energy performance.

Management requires all its employees to participate actively and creatively and to faithfully implement all the processes and procedures referred to in the Energy Management System.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

ReSight I.K.E. strives to contribute to sustainable development and minimize its impact on the environment through continuous improvement of its activities.

The company’s Environmental Management System covers all of its activities without exception.

The management of ReSight I.K.E. is committed to:

  • Recognizing and fully complying with environmental legislation related to its activities, as well as the needs and expectations of interested parties.
  • Recognizing and evaluating the environmental aspects of its activities.
  • Monitoring and, where necessary, correcting the company’s sustainable course by establishing and systematically monitoring measurable targets/indicators.
  • Recognizing the environmental impacts resulting from its activities and taking the necessary measures to minimize them.
  • Implementing and continuously improving the Environmental Management System in order to improve its environmental performance.
  • Monitoring and measuring significant environmental impacts.
  • Ensuring the protection of the environment through appropriate actions.
  • Setting clear, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound environmental objectives, review them annually, and take all necessary action to achieve them.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

ReSight recognizes that the health and safety of its employees is a fundamental priority and an integral part of the company’s policy. In this context, it has developed and implements an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard.

ReSight is committed to:

  • Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and incidents of illnesses,
  • Fully complying with current applicable legislation and regulatory provisions concerning health and safety at work,
  • Identifying and implementing appropriate control measures to eliminate H&S related hazards,
  • Evaluating the performance and operation of the HSMS by conducting internal audits and setting clear and measurable targets,
  • Continuously improving the company’s performance in HSMS,
  • Systematically educating and informing employees on H&S matters to ensure safe and uninterrupted execution of work,
  • Allocating the necessary resources for the effective implementation of the OHSMS and the achievement of its objectives,
  • Encouraging the prompt reporting of incidents of injuries and near-misses without fear of reprisal,
  • Ensuring that relevant third parties comply with the company’s policy on H&S matters,
  • Encouraging active participation and consultations of workers in H&S matters,
  • Applying zero tolerance to any form of violence or harassment in the workplace and taking all necessary measures for their prevention, reporting, and handling.

Through its management, ReSight remains committed to operating in accordance with the principles of the OHSMS as required by ISO 45001:2018 and sets targets for continuous monitoring, staff training and adoption of control procedures to ensure that these commitments are implemented in the company’s daily operations.
